Epic Search Partners is a boutique recruiting firm specializing the placement of top professionals in the Search Engine Marketing sector.

We partner with Search Engine Marketing agencies looking to grow their business by using a consultative approach to create broader, higher revenue deals with their existing customers and prospects. We also assist client companies to directly source SEM professionals for their in-house staffing requirements. Collectively, our firm leverages years of technical sales and management experience, an extensive network, and a proven methodology to systematically reach out to the top performers in the SEM industry.

Our view of the SEM Industry
The Search Engine Marketing industry is the fastest growing sector in advertising today. Spending grew to $12.1 billion in 2007, up 28% from 2006 and projected to grow to $25.2 billion in 2011, according to a report from the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization.

Fully 80% of advertisers currently employ Search Engine Optimization and 76% use Pay Per Click services. These numbers are not lost on senior executives, who are looking to in-source these efforts (64% in 2006) in order to control quality and cost.

These trends are a double edged sword for the SEM agencies. While double digit growth is great, there will certainly be disruptive forces like consolidation, contraction and continued in-sourcing.
