Sysice, Inc. was founded in January 2003 by Chris Bartow. After working for other web design firms and Internet companies, Chris noticed that most small businesses in the area had web sites that were never updated and created using outdated techniques. Instead of going out and finding another job where his work wouldn't be noticed, he decided to create a company that could make a difference for small businesses.
